Frequently asked questions
Short answers about who we work with and how to get started.
Who does Synthetica work with?
Organizations with professional, ethical or public-interest responsibilities to people: healthcare, education, social services and professional regulation. That includes professional associations and regulators, boards and senior leadership, compliance teams, and social-service and non-profit organizations.
What is an introductory consultation?
A conversation to talk through where your organization is today with AI and what a sensible next step might look like.
How do I book one?
Get in touch through the contact form or by email at info@synthetica.io, with a few lines about your organization and what you would like to discuss. Emails are returned within 24 hours.
Are you tied to any AI vendor or product?
No. Our work is practical and implementation-focused, not vendor-driven. When we help review AI tools, we look at privacy, security, accountability, transparency and fitness for purpose, so your decisions rest on your own needs and obligations.
Do our leaders need a technical background?
No. Leaders don't need to be technical, just willing to ask good questions. Training is tailored for boards, executive and senior leadership, managers and staff teams, and is delivered in plain language.
Do you work outside British Columbia?
Yes. Synthetica is available for virtual engagements across Canada and internationally.
