Responsible AI leadership for high-trust professions.

Leadership at the intersection of ethics, governance, and practice

Candice is an AI ethics and governance consultant specializing in the responsible integration of artificial intelligence in human-services settings. Her work helps organizations in high-trust sectors such as professional regulation, healthcare, social services, and education adopt AI in ways that are responsible, practical, and aligned with professional obligations.

Candice brings over two decades of experience across mental health practice, education, organizational leadership, and professional and regulatory governance. Her work includes senior governance and policy leadership within regulated professional environments, authorship of professional guidance on ethical AI use, and advisory support to organizations developing AI policies, training programs, and implementation strategies.

She supports leaders and teams in navigating the real-world risks of AI (privacy and confidentiality, informed consent, bias and inequity, documentation integrity, and vendor accountability) while ensuring technology strengthens, rather than undermines, trust and quality of care.
